The training MTS must be equipped in accordance with the requirements of STB 1567 and other regulatory legal acts, regarding educational MTS, registered with the traffic police, as a special “Training” car.
The standard sets: safety requirements for the installation and technical condition of additional equipment, installed on a mechanical training vehicle; maximum permissible values of installation parameters and technical condition of additional equipment, installed on a mechanical training vehicle; methods for checking installation parameters and technical condition of additional equipment, installed on a mechanical training vehicle.
According to p. 5.2 STB 1567-2005 all control devices and instruments, used in verification, must have a mark indicating their periodic verification.

According to the monitoring results issued 11 recommendations on eliminating violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on ensuring the uniformity of measurements and the deadlines for providing information on eliminating violations have been determined.
The sense of responsibility of every new driver to other road users begins directly with, how to properly organize the educational process in a driving school, therefore, driving schools do not have the right to deviate from the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on ensuring the uniformity of measurements.
