In order to implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 6 June 2025 g. № 227 «О повышении эффективности контрольной (oversight) activities "and in accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus from 30 December 2025 g. № 802 «О вопросах контрольной (oversight) деятельности» постановлениями Госстандарта от 14 January 2026 g. № 5, from 25 Martha 2026 g. № 35 внесены изменения в постановление Госстандарта от 19 September 2022 g. № 89, которым утверждены и введены в действие формы контрольных списков вопросов (checklists):

⇒control (oversight) the implementation of legislation on conformity assessment, relating to mandatory conformity;

⇒ control (oversight) for the fulfillment of the requirements of technical regulatory legal acts in the field of technical regulation and standardization; state control (oversight) for compliance with the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union, Eurasian Economic Union; state control (oversight) compliance with indicators, not included in the technical regulations of the Customs Union, Eurasian Economic Union, but declared by the manufacturer (seller, supplier, importer) products in supply contracts (sales) products, in its marking or operational documentation;
