Requirements of the Law must be observed
The Grodno Regional Inspectorate of Gosstandart, in order to monitor compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on ensuring the uniformity of measurements, periodically carries out control and supervision activities in accredited laboratories.
The most common violations, detected in the course of control and surveillance activities in accredited laboratories are: use of measuring instruments, who have not passed the verification in the prescribed manner (with expired soon verification; not passed type approval or metrological certification), violation of measurement procedures (lack of provision of measuring instruments in full in accordance with the requirements of the TNLA for test methods; failure to comply with test conditions (of measurement), specified in the measurement procedure; use of expired chemicals), application of measurement procedures, did not pass metrological confirmation, as well as testing products for indicators not included in the scope of laboratory accreditation.
In case of detection of violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on ensuring the uniformity of measurements, Inspection of Gosstandart sends the information to the Belarusian State Accreditation Center.
For the period with 01.05.2020 by 01 11.2020 based on the results of considering the information of the Grodno Regional Inspectorate of the State Standard on the activities of, electrical measuring laboratories, The Belarusian State Accreditation Center decided to suspend a part of the accreditation scope 3 accredited laboratories and complete suspension of one accreditation certificate. The test report of an accredited laboratory was also withdrawn, issued to a third party.
In order to avoid the application of such measures, the Grodno Regional Inspectorate of the State Standard draws the attention of the heads of accredited laboratories to the observance of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the prevention of violations in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements.
