Grodno Regional Inspectorate of the State Standard of continuing the implementation of inspections to determine compliance with the safety requirements of electrical products.
In one of them in the shopping facility g. Lida discovered fixtures, that the results of tests, conducted in an accredited testing laboratory, do not meet the safety requirements:
– table lamp LED brand "ERA" (the black), Article NLED-482-10W-VC has not passed the test of heat and fire;
– table lamp T2208 Pink has not passed the test of design, isolation, on the requirements to the wire, for device mounting, on the requirements for protection against electric shock.
Lamps were accompanied by valid certificates of conformity, however, their presence only shows, that the manufacturer is obliged to make the products meet the specified requirements, but it does not mean, that products, implemented at the moment (this party) meet those standards. Unscrupulous manufacturers products deliberately produced with a reduced consumption of raw materials or replacement, for its cheaper.
The audit unsafe products are withdrawn from circulation, its import in the Republic of Belarus is prohibited, and the certificates of conformity in the Republic of Belarus dismissed.
