In order to implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 16 October 2017 g. № 376 "On measures to improve the control (oversight) activities "and in accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus from 13 December 2012 g. № 1147 "On approval of the list of controlling (oversight) bodies and (or) spheres of control (supervision), who apply (which apply) checklists (checklists), defining the form requirements of the checklist (checklist) and invalidation of the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 1 April 2010 g. No. 489 "by order of Gosstandart from 28 December 2017 g. № 185 approved and put into effect since 1 January 2018 g. checklists (checklists) on the following areas of control (supervision):
-State metrological supervision;
-control (oversight) the implementation of legislation on conformity assessment, relating to mandatory conformity; control (oversight) for the fulfillment of the requirements of technical regulatory legal acts in the field of technical regulation and standardization; state control (oversight) for compliance with the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union, Eurasian Economic Union; state control (oversight) compliance with indicators, not included in the technical regulations of the Customs Union, Eurasian Economic Union, but declared by the manufacturer (seller, supplier, importer) products in supply contracts (sales) products, in its marking or operational documentation;
Order of the State Standard dated 16 February 2018 g. № 26 the criteria for assessing the degree of risk for the selection of inspected subjects during random inspections in the areas of:
-control (oversight) the implementation of legislation on conformity assessment, relating to mandatory conformity; supervision of compliance with mandatory compliance in the field of technical regulation and standardization requirements of technical regulations; state control (oversight) for compliance with the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union, Eurasian Economic Union; state control (oversight) compliance with indicators, not included in the technical regulations of the Customs Union, Eurasian Economic Union, but declared by the manufacturer (seller, supplier, importer) products in supply contracts (sales) products, in its marking or operational documentation;
