25 February 2022 2009, in the Grodno Regional Inspectorate for State Supervision of Compliance with the Requirements of Technical Regulations and Standards and State Metrological Supervision of the State Committee for Standardization, a round table was held on the practice of considering cases of administrative offenses with the participation of the Deputy Chairman of the Economic Court of the Grodno Region Lyakh S.I., Judge Deryabina E.E., начальника отдела статистики и анализа судебной практики суда Совца О.С.
During the round table, current issues of conducting the administrative process when bringing persons to administrative responsibility were discussed. Deputy Chairman of the Economic Court of the Grodno Region S.I. Lyakh. emphasized the importance of compliance, предъявляемых к протоколу об административном правонарушении согласно статье 11.24 ПИКоАП Республики Беларусь, а также принципа справедливости при определении возможности наступления административной ответственности юридического лица при недостаточности ответственности виновного работника юридического лица.
Judge Deryabina E.E.. elaborated on the analysis of the consideration of cases of administrative offenses according to protocols on administrative offenses of the Grodno Regional Inspectorate of the State Standard, individual problematic issues, arising during the consideration of cases of this category, which will allow us to improve the work on conducting the administrative process based on materials, направляемым Гродненской областной инспекцией Госстандарта в экономический суд Гродненской области.
