At the Grodno Regional Inspectorate of State Standards on 10.10.2024. a seminar was held with the participation of a psychologist from the State Healthcare Institution “City Clinic No. 5 Grodno", who spoke about World Mental Health Day and held a conversation with employees on the topic “Emotional burnout”, told about the reasons, signs, prevention and treatment of burnout syndrome, and also demonstrated exercises for, to relax tense muscles, relieve nervous tension.
Besides, a doctor from the Grodno regional emergency medical care station taught how to use attachments, included in a universal first aid kit, as well as included in the first aid kit for equipping vehicles (automotive). Besides, conducted a practical lesson on the topic: "First aid, including in the workplace". He spoke in detail about the sequence of actions when providing first aid and demonstrated first aid measures, which must be provided before the arrival of medical workers. It is in the first moments after an accident that the fate of the injured person is often decided, therefore, workers practiced providing first aid for various injuries (fractures, sprains and open wounds).
During the seminar, inspectorate employees asked questions of interest, to which competent answers were received.
