In connection with the increase in the number of transportation of children to places of recreation and rehabilitation, we recommend that you once again pay attention to the rules for the safe transportation of minors. In the car, the child must be in a special restraint, according to his weight and height. The car seat or booster must be properly installed in the vehicle, in accordance with the instruction manual. For non-compliance with the requirements for the transportation of children, the legislation provides for a warning or a fine of up to four basic units. (no. 6 Art. 18.13 Code of Administrative Offenses). In case of repeated such violation within a year - a fine of two to eight basic units (no. 14 Art. 18.13 Code of Administrative Offenses).
