A memo on assessing the conformity of devices within the framework of Decree No. 295 about changes in traffic regulations and a list of laboratories for its implementation
Based on the results of an analysis of requests from legal entities and citizens received by Gosstandart, the requirements for moped vehicles have been added to the memo., "motorbike" (category L1 – L5) and their characteristics.
The definition of a bicycle is also included in the memo, velomobile, given according to p. 2.5. Road traffic regulations.
The memo primarily draws the attention of device owners (personal mobility aids) of cases, when conformity assessment of these devices does not need to be carried out.
